Robin, the mascot of the eTwinning "Green Grass" project, arrived in Portugal
The mascot of the eTwinning project was created in Malta with recycled materials. After learning about Maltese flora and fauna, he set out on his journey to Turkey, where he spent some weeks with Turkish students. Later, he flew to Italy and recently arrived in Portugal, to know the vegetation and the natural habitats of the country.

Outdoor Classroom Day - 23rd May 2019
On May 23rd Gozo College
Middle School celebrated World Outdoor Classroom Day through the eTwinning
project GreenGrass. The eTwinners/LEAF students had an outdoor lesson at Villa
Rundle Garden. Students carried out various activities amongst which they made
cloud observations and recorded weather elements using Labdisc through the
GLOBE program, sat quiet for a few minutes to listen to the sound of nature and
also did a tree hugging exercise. Through these actions and related projects
the students learnt how important trees are to our planet.
